Continuing Education
The training we offer our agents is unlike training you may have experienced elsewhere from other real estate brokerages. Our mission is to deliver the Premier Real Estate Experience to our clients and all of our training is aimed at ensuring you will become a Premier Agent capable of providing exceptional service, marketing, and comprehensive consultations to all of your clients. Our thoughtful and comprehensive approach to training gives our agents a competitive advantage over other agents and we provide education and training to agents at all levels of production.
As a learning based real estate brokerage, we understand that the more we learn, the more we need to know. We offer post-license and continuing education at Thrive Real Estate Academy, our real estate school with free CE for our agents. We have a Grow Your Business series on lead generation, online classes developed by us available through our intranet, and timely training throughout the year on topics as the market changes so you can stay ahead. We also bring in guest experts from different areas of our industry to teach us to be well rounded and knowledgeable advocates for our clients.

Ryan and Lisa Ward head up the training & development and insist on a curriculum that imparts a much greater depth of knowledge than is found in most other real estate training programs. Both are licensed Realtors®, and instructors for our real estate school, Thrive Real Estate Academy. Lisa is a lifelong Atlanta native and a consummate professional in our industry. Her ability to articulate and teach real estate concepts is unmatched and her passion to teach and impart knowledge to others is rare.
In addition to Premier, we have a real estate school, Thrive Real Estate Academy at our office. Just launched in December of 2022, we offer the 25-hour postlicense course required during your first year in real estate, license law and we are currently developing additional courses. We are committed to providing more exciting CE classes like house exteriors and architecture, staging and more that you can actually use. All too often real estate schools offer basic, rudimentary classes that satisfy the continuing education requirements outlined by the real estate commission but fail to inspire, educate and train us on meaningful fun and exciting topics. We plan to offer classes that do just that at Thrive.
We all know that as real estate professionals, we can be the source of the source and more often than not, we should find specialized experts in our industry who can be the actual source. We bring in industry experts to educate our agents at our brokerage meetings to do just this. It also serves to introduce our agents to valuable contractors, vendors, and other professionals in the industry who have specific knowledge which helps us to know what and when we should seek outside expertise.
