Lisa Ward, Director of Operations
Born and raised in Atlanta, Lisa began her professional career as an accountant and operations manager for large marketing firms. This provided exceptional hands on training for her when she transitioned into the real estate space. It wasn’t long before her love for real estate expanded beyond operations and she quickly became a certified stager. Her staging services transformed into small design projects and then more involved projects requiring more extensive design and remodel work allowing her true passion to come to life.
Beyond the title of Director of Operations, Lisa works with homeowners, home sellers and real estate agents in Metro Atlanta to design, update and remodel homes to achieve the goals of each individual client’s needs.
These services blossomed into a full new business venture and now she is also the owner and design specialist for Premier Design & Remodel. She is an Accredited Staging Professional® and Realtor® and has a passion for real estate.
Ryan Ward, Managing Broker/Owner
Ryan Ward is the Managing Broker and owner of Premier Atlanta Real Estate and the owner and School Director of Thrive Real Estate Academy. Ryan has been a licensed Realtor® in the state of Georgia since 2004. He has also operated a successful team of agents since 2007 and brings the knowledge and leadership skills he’s learned to his new role as broker of Premier Atlanta Real Estate.
Ryan takes a hands on appraoch as a broker and has a true desire to help agents reach their goals. He is involved directly with training and education, teaches a weekly Grow Your Business series to agents and is also an instructor for Thrive Real Estate Academy.
Ryan is a member of the Georgia Association of Realtors® Technology Forum, a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Georgia Association of Realtors® and Atlanta Realtors® Association.
